CRAUFURDLAND CASTLE
AN ENCHANTING VENUE FOR A WONDERFUL DAY
Plan your marriage ceremony and/or marquee reception in the grounds of the castle.
A minister of your faith can be provided or you may prefer to bring your own. Civil ceremonies are also offered and smaller ceremonies can be conducted in one of the castle rooms.
Choose between the front lawn, that looks directly onto the front of the castle, or the back lawn, that looks on the picturesque views of Craufurd Water as it flows through the meadows.
Begin your celebration with aperitifs served either on the lawns or in the Hall of the Main Wing with its bossed vaulted ceiling and stained glass windows or in the spectacular Drawing Room of the West Wing, filled with daylight and overlooking the river and grounds.
A bride’s personal room can be made available as well as guest accommodation for those wishing to stay overnight.
The castle grounds are a photographer’s haven with outstanding vistas in which to record the greatest of all days.
To accompany your celebration, music of your choice, be it a a piper, a string quartet, a singer, a ceilidh or folk group can be arranged.
A dedicated weddings coordinator can be present.
